The Foundry at the Colony is a custom-built estate set across seven private acres in the Colony, Park City’s most exclusive gated enclave. With ski-in/ski-out access, a rooftop hot tub, and outdoor fire features framed by panoramic mountain views, it is a retreat composed for both adventure and repose.

The architecture blends rustic materials with contemporary restraint: exposed iron beams draw the eye up to soaring ceilings, while floor-to-ceiling windows flood the interiors with light and hold the landscape in the room through every season — powder-filled winters and long green summers alike. Interiors carry the same considered hand throughout, from custom finishes to spa-like bathrooms.
Composed for multi-generational stays and grand entertaining, the estate offers seven bedrooms, each with its own en-suite. Four king suites are arranged as quiet havens for adults, with a further room set with two queen beds for flexibility.
