Inside, Villa Tizzano reflects the charm of an authentic Tuscan mansion. The living areas are spacious and welcoming, offering both formal and relaxed spaces for gathering, dining, and enjoying time together.

The villa accommodates up to 16 guests across 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. Bedrooms are distributed across the ground, first, and second floors, with a mix of king, queen, and twin rooms. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, with a combination of wall-mounted and portable units, and all bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers.

Outdoors, the estate is designed for slow Tuscan living. A beautiful botanical garden surrounds the villa, while the private fenced swimming pool becomes the heart of summer days. A panoramic terrace with an elegant gazebo overlooks the vineyards and olive groves, creating a wonderful setting for aperitifs, al fresco dining, or quiet afternoons immersed in the landscape. The pool measures 12 x 8 meters and may be heated during non-summer months at an additional cost, subject to conditions.

Services & Amenities

Included with the rate are all utilities up to 1,250 kWh per week, final cleaning, daily housekeeping from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, unlimited Wi-Fi, garden and pool maintenance, plus two cribs and two high chairs. Additional electricity, heating, pool heating, extra housekeeping, cook service, food and beverages, and local visitor tax are charged separately. Cook service must be arranged through the villa management and in-house staff, as third-party suppliers are not permitted.
