Located in Praiano, a beautiful and quiet place between Amalfi and Positano, Villa Anna is a stunning luxury two-story property, just 1.3 km from the center of a fully equipped town. Its privileged position, high above the coastline, grants spectacular sea views. The trendy style of Villa Anna is achieved by mixing expensive fabrics, contemporary and sophisticated furniture, and splashes of rich color to create a welcoming atmosphere.

The property was fully restored but kept the elegant taste and the charm of the original home.
The swimming pool is heated (6×5.5 meters) with depth that is 1.25 meters on one side going to 1.70meters.

Villa Anna features a sea salt system chlorine free – can be heated on request. The heating is strictly related to the outdoor temperature.
There is a nice 5×5 meter swimming pool inside, the depth that goes from 1.25 meters to 1.75 meters. It has window ceiling, frescos, jets, and chromotherapy with a temperature of 35°. The swimming pool it is located on the ground floor of the villa.

The floors boast large, white ceramic tiles. Many ceilings have hand-painted decorations and special lighting. The living area is equipped with sofas, a table, and a large, flat screen Satellite TV. There is a courtyard with chairs and tables and a second living room with sofas overlooking the indoor pool.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen leads out into the dining room. There is also access, by an internal staircase, to a beautiful rooftop terrace with cushions for relaxing and enjoying the magnificent sea views.

On the ground floor, you will find the first bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom. The bedroom has a window with sea view, air conditioning, heating and SAT TV. In the bathroom, you will find a nice courtesy kit from Etro and Cotè Bastide. From the bedroom, you will access the main patio.

The second bedroom with en-suite bathroom has a double bed. The bedroom has a window with sea view, air conditioning, heating and SAT TV. In the bathroom, you will find a nice courtesy kit from Etro and Cotè Bastide.

From the ground floor, going up a few stairs you will reach the first floor.

The third bedroom with en-suite bathroom has a double bed. The bedroom has a window with sea view, air conditioning, heating and SAT TV. In the bathroom, you will find a nice courtesy kit from Etro and Cotè Bastide.

The fourth bedroom with en-suite bathroom has a double bed. The bedroom has a window with sea view, air conditioning, heating and SAT TV. In the bathroom, you will find a nice courtesy kit from Etro and Cotè Bastide.

The fifth bedroom has a double bed. The bedroom has a window with sea view, air conditioning, heating and SAT TV.

The fifth bedroom does not have the en-suite bathroom. The bathroom can be reached from the bedroom going down 10 small stairs in the hallway. In the bathroom, you will find a nice courtesy kit from Etro and Cotè Bastide.
