Villa Mockingbird is a large, if not the largest, 67,000 square foot luxury villa rental; a paradise in the Bird Streets via a 400-foot drive set atop a knoll with an incredible unobstructed city and ocean views.
The amazing heated swimming pool is right on the lovely and large main deck, where you can also enjoy the sun. You will also love the outdoor hot tube.
There are many alfresco dining spaces, you can choose between open air with heat lamps or a covered one.
Inside the design is contemporary, the large great room features plenty of comfortable seating options, a wet bar, and a black grand piano.
Villa Mockingbird has a den with a home entertainment unit as well as a media room with a projection screen. The villa also boasts an elegant games room with a beige felt billiards table, and there’s also a study with a desk space.
The amenities and facilities included at this villa are a wine fridge and Wi-Fi. With a formal dining area with a spectacular view of the iconic LA skyline and a vast, ultra-modern kitchen, you will be all set for entertaining.
Six suites with en-suite bathrooms accommodate up to twelve guests. Two of the suites have king size beds, walk-in closets, lounge areas and balconies. A third suite also offers a balcony, while the lounge in the master features a fireplace.
