Policy: Your deposit of 50% of the total rental rate plus all Service and Administration Tax must be received by us within 7 days of you reserving the Villa. The balance of the total rental rate plus service charge and tax plus the damage deposit must be received by us no less than 60 days prior to your arrival. All changes in bookings and all cancellations must be submitted promptly to us in writing by email only. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged on all cancellations made 46 to 60 days prior to your date of arrival. If your cancellation is made within 45 days of your arrival date, there will be no refunds made. There will be no refunds granted for late arrivals or premature departures, but some villa owners will be happy to credit you for a future booking - but you must travel within one year, and no subletting to another party is permitted. Kindly send your payments on time to avoid cancellation of your reservation.
Getting There: Beaches near Trunk Bay are wild and secluded offering a more untouched experience compared to the easily accessible shores of Smugglers Cove. Reaching them requires a short walk through lush bushland, adding a sense of adventure. They are also rarely crowded, allowing you to enjoy their natural beauty in peace—unlike Smugglers Cove, which can often be full of people. Trunk Bay Beach is the closet beach. It is reachable by foot, but the walk is a bit challenging as it involves going uphill and downhill and takes around 20-30 minutes. It is a 3 minute drive by car. Cooper Bay Beach is easily reachable on foot, but access is sometimes overgrown by the vegetation, and it is lesser quality than Trunk Bay Beach.
