Perched on a hill above the sea, Villa Serena Vista boasts magnificent views over the sparkling waters of the bay of Sol den Serra taking your breath away.

The beautiful town of Cala Llonga is located only 15 minute walk and offers a beautiful beach where you have access to the supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, cashpoints etc.. It is located 15 minutes from Ibiza Town and 20 minutes from the airport.

The outdoor areas feature a swimming pool with spacious terraces that surround the villa, a covered dining areas with an outdoor dining table for ten guests and a beautiful garden with luscious lawns.

The sun decks feature a chill-out area, both single and double luxurious sun loungers and parasols for all guests. Parking spaces area available on the side of the villa.

Inside, the living areas are furnished to a very high standard and the floor to ceiling windows flood the room with natural daylight that can be opened up to give a feeling of outdoor living in the summer months. The open space living room is divided in two levels and includes comfortable sofas, with luxurious fittings and style. The unique furniture has a retro feel dating from the 50’s and 70’s a completely vintage style that is combined together in harmony with the modern architecture. The fully equipped kitchen is connected with the living area and features all the modern appliances. The formal dining area accommodates six guests, there is also a small office and a small guest bathroom. All the suites have access to several terraces, have spectacular sea views, are fully air conditioned and have access to WiFi.
