Villa Sira, is newly built, strategically located in the most unique spot of Santorini Island, Vlychada, famous for its lunar landscape and savage beauty of the sculptured rocks.
The amazing surrounding of 32 acres vineyard, creates the best setting for your vacation boasting panoramic sea view of the Aegean Sea.
The interior is furnished with minimal design furniture. Step inside, there are two spacious living areas, the dining room and the fully equipped kitchen, on the ground floor. On this floor there is also the master en-suite double bedroom with Jacuzzi and two double en-suite bedrooms.
On the first floor, there is one double en-suite bedroom.
On the lower level there is a stone-built cellar with lounge area where we can arrange wine tasting and you can taste some of the rarest and awarded wines and champagnes.
The lovely guest house has its independent entrance featuring a large living area, a kitchenette and a double en-suite bedroom with ensuite bathroom. It is the perfect retreat for a couple that want to have more privacy.
The outdoor of Villa Sira features a large swimming pool surrounded by sun lounges. The spacious outdoor living area is perfect if you want to organise a dinner party with your friends. There are a pool bar and a bbq area. You can host a party to up to 200 guests.
You can reach villa Sira by helicopter, matter of fact there is a private helipad.
Villa Sira features also a tennis court.
This villa can also cover events with maximum capacity up to 200 sitting guests, with music timeframe up to 3 am, details that guarantee an exceptional accommodating experience and an event you will never forget and regret.
The closest beach is Vlychada Beach, 5 km from the villa, sometimes known as the “moon beach” or the “moon-shaped beach,” is known for its lunar shape and scenery. It rests below tall, pale cliffs that seem to shoot up from the sand almost seamlessly. In actuality, these cliffs were formed by the volcano, and like most things, the devastation of the eruptions led to a beautiful landscape now. This is one of the most accessible beaches in Santorini, and it’s perfect for sunbathing.
