Villa Sueño is a six-bedroom oceanfront estate on the Punta Águila promontory, at the western edge of Casa de Campo Resort. Set above the rocks where the surf breaks below its infinity pool, the villa sleeps up to twelve guests across a series of connected pavilions joined by an open-air stone passageway lined with tropical greenery.

Designed for relaxed indoor-outdoor living, the home features soaring wood ceilings, breezy living spaces, and sliding walls that open onto the lawn, oceanfront terraces, and a long dining table set above the water. Days unfold between the clifftop pool, shaded open-air lounges, and the grill area beneath a broad shade tree, with sunset views stretching toward Isla Catalina.

Fully staffed with a cook, housekeeper, and butler, Villa Sueño is ideal for families or groups of couples seeking privacy, space, and the ease of a fully serviced stay. The cook prepares all meals, while the staff handles daily care throughout the villa.

Quiet and secluded, the estate sits away from the resort’s main roads, with the ocean wrapping around more than one side. Teeth of the Dog, ranked the Caribbean’s top golf course by the World Golf Awards, and The Links are just a short golf-cart ride inland, with the Equestrian Center nearby. Minitas Beach Club is also within easy reach for a day on the sand, while the Marina’s restaurants are a longer drive east.

The villa offers five bedrooms with king beds and one bedroom with two queen beds. Staff includes a cook, housekeeper, and butler. A three-night minimum stay applies, with longer minimums required during holiday periods.
