I have been living in this villa since I was 15, so… at the time of Julius Caesar ! I am an expert of the beautiful place surrounding us: the archaeological Park of the Appian Way, the coolest place where to live in Rome. A countryside at few minutes from the Colosseum ( my record was 5 minutes by car and 30 minutes jogging !). I and my wife, we live upstairs in the villa. We wanted to make our garden an oasis of peace and tranquility, so we have been helped by a famous landscape Architect to project our garden. Giordano Marraccini is a friend of us, he worked with the famous Italian movie director Paolo Sorrentino on the movie ” The Great beauty” Oscar Prize 2013, drawing the outdoor scenes. So we have an ” Oscar” garden ! My wife, Maria Luisa, is a talented interior designer, she did a great work drawing and furnishing our apartments in a cool Italian style, mixing modern and ancient. Furthermore, we speak fluently English, French, Russian and a bit of Spanish and Arabic.
