The Golden Mile for beachfront living and walkable dining; La Zagaleta for gated privacy, security and golf; Sierra Blanca for panoramic hillside affluence; Puerto Banús & Nueva Andalucía for marina nightlife and "Golf Valley"; Casco Antiguo for Andalusian Old-Town character.
Many are, but not all. Our Marbella collection includes fully staffed estates (butler, housekeeping, sometimes a chef), partially staffed villas (housekeeping plus optional chef on request) and self-catering homes with concierge support. Each villa's staffing model is confirmed in writing before booking.
A private chef is included as standard in some villas and arranged on request in others. Common formats are full board (breakfast plus one main meal), chef on call (booked per service) or in-villa catering for specific occasions. Our concierge confirms chef availability, cuisine preferences and cost before booking.
For July and August , plan 6–9 months ahead — the best villas in Zagaleta, on the Golden Mile and in Sierra Blanca sell out by spring. For May, June and September , three to four months ahead is comfortable. Weddings and milestone celebrations should be enquired about 9–12 months in advance.
Yes — Marbella is one of the easiest luxury destinations in Europe for families. Sierra Blanca and Nueva Andalucía are particularly family-friendly, with shallow villa pools, kids' programmes at Marbella Club and Puente Romano beach clubs, and direct access to calm beaches. Málaga airport is under an hour and has direct flights from most major cities.
Excellent. Several of our villas are event-ready — with the space, the licences (civil or symbolic) and the lawn for receptions of up to 200 guests. Our team arranges the planner, florals, catering, music and guest accommodation across nearby villas. Tell us your date and guest count and we'll propose the right venue.

Privacy, space and personalisation. A villa gives you the whole property — private pool, gardens, multiple ensuite bedrooms and the option of private staff — for the cost of (and often less than) the equivalent rooms at a five-star hotel. Better still for families, multi-gen groups and celebrations where a hotel would mean separation, queues and rules.
Rates vary significantly by villa, season, size and staffing. As a guide: most of our luxury Marbella villas sit between roughly $2,500 and $11,000+ per night, with the largest event-ready estates and Zagaleta flagships pricing higher in peak season. Detailed quotes — including taxes, cleaning, optional chef and any event fees — are confirmed in writing before booking.
