This seven-bedroom villa has been designed for slow mornings, long lunches and unhurried evenings, with a private pool, fitness room and professional kitchen all framed by the turquoise waters of St-Barths. Spread over three levels connected by elegant staircases, Villa BDM feels both expansive and intimate. The main level is the natural gathering point: a soft, light-filled lounge with plush sofas beneath a vaulted ceiling, woven-fiber pendant lights and warm wood details. Adjacent, the indoor dining area flows into a fully equipped kitchen that opens directly to the terrace, while a separate professional kitchen is ideal for hosting a private chef and tailor-made dinners. Everywhere, wide openings frame the crystalline sea to the front and lush tropical greenery to the rear, with palm fronds moving gently in the trade winds.
Outside, the terrace unfolds to a beautiful swimming pool set on a blond-wood deck lined with sun loungers. From here, the Caribbean appears in layered shades of blue, bordered by vibrant vegetation and the soft curve of St-Jean Bay. A wooden pergola filters the light into a calm play of sun and shadow over the al fresco dining area and outdoor lounge – a natural setting for poolside breakfasts, barefoot lunches and cocktails at sunset. A discreet private path leads you directly onto the sand of St-Jean Beach, so the sea always feels just a few steps away.
The seven air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are thoughtfully distributed across the three levels to offer both connection and privacy. On the upper level, two bedrooms – including the master suite – feature king-size beds, private terraces and sweeping ocean views. The main level hosts three bedrooms: two with king-size beds and terraces, and one designed for younger guests or friends, with four bunk beds. On the lower level, two further bedrooms – one with a king-size bed and the other with two queen-size beds – open onto a terrace with a pétanque court, foosball table and a tranquil green space for relaxed afternoons.
Beyond the villa, St-Jean unfolds as your private playground. A short stroll along the sand brings you to laid-back beach clubs and chic restaurants, perfect for long rosé lunches with your feet in the sand or sunset DJ sets overlooking the bay. Calm, turquoise water invites daily swims, stand-up paddleboarding and gentle kayaking straight from the shore, while more adventurous days can include snorkeling trips, seabobs or jet-ski outings arranged by your concierge.
