Arrival at the villa is instantly impressive. Palatial wrought-iron gates open to a long private driveway bordered by manicured lawns and lush tropical gardens, leading to the main entrance and a striking first view across the blue-tiled pool toward the Caribbean Sea.

At the heart of the home is the Great Room, a grand yet welcoming living space with vaulted Brazilian cherry wood ceilings and expansive sliding glass doors opening onto the covered terraces and al fresco dining areas. The room includes a grand piano, billiard table, and a relaxed TV lounge with a large screen, surround sound, and Apple theatre system with an extensive movie and TV library. A fully equipped office with a Mac desktop and printer is also available for guest use.

The gourmet kitchen overlooks the pool terrace and ocean, and is equipped with professional-grade appliances for elevated in-villa dining. During high season and festive season, guests enjoy the service of an in-house French chef and waiter, with the chef preparing up to three meals per day. Food and beverages are charged separately.

Outdoors, Casa de la Playa captures more than 400 feet of west-facing beachfront views. The expansive terraces, freeform infinity pool with diving board, and shaded dining areas create a beautiful setting for long lunches, sunset cocktails, and relaxed evenings by the sea. A rooftop patio with a built-in daybed offers views toward Saba, St. Eustatius, and St. Kitts, while the villa’s garden can be transformed for outdoor movie nights under the stars.

The villa features five bedroom suites, each positioned to enjoy beach views and private access from the covered terrace. The spacious primary suite is set apart from the Great Room and offers approximately 800 sq. ft. of interior space, including a large en-suite bathroom with soaking tub and oversized rain shower. The four additional bedrooms are arranged on either side of the Great Room and feature generous en-suite bathrooms with garden views. One bedroom includes two double beds, making it especially suitable for children or families.

Located within the exclusive gated community of Terres Basses, on the same beach as La Samanna resort, Casa de la Playa offers both privacy and convenience. Princess Juliana International Airport, Marigot, Grand Case, Hope Estate, and Cul de Sac are all within easy reach by car.

Staff & Services

The villa includes housekeeper, caretaker, gardener, pool service, and waiter during meals. Chef service is included during high season and holiday season, and available during low season at an additional cost.

The French chef can prepare up to three meals per day. Food and beverages are not included and are charged separately.

A mandatory advance provisioning allowance of USD 4,000 per week is required 30 days prior to arrival. Any unused portion is refunded after the stay.
