THE HOUSE
Bright, open living spaces look out over the surrounding greens, with a relaxed flow between indoor and outdoor areas made for unhurried Caribbean days. An optional heated pool and jacuzzi extend the season for those who like the water warm.
THE SUITES
Five bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and Smart TV. Two king masters sit on the second floor alongside a twin-queen room; the ground floor holds a further queen room and a bunk room — a natural fit for families, with the children’s quarters a floor below the parents. Twelve guests in genuine comfort.
THE SERVICE
Daily maid service is included, with at least one staff member discreetly on-site around the clock. A dedicated concierge is assigned the moment you book, coordinating airport transfers, golf-cart rental, excursions, massages, menus and provisioning. A private chef can be added to prepare three meals a day plus snacks. Guests arrive to a private in-villa check-in, welcome drinks and snacks, and Frederic Malle bathroom amenities.
THE RESORT
Puntacana Resort & Club spans 26 gated square miles of temperate climate and soft Caribbean breezes. With the villa comes access to two championship golf courses (La Cana and Corales), the beach clubs at Playa Blanca and La Cana, seven restaurants and a cigar bar, tennis, padel and pickleball, the resort spa, watersports, horseback riding, polo, an ecological reserve and a kids’ club. Ten minutes from Punta Cana International Airport, with complimentary roundtrip transfers arranged on request. Jan 6th-Dec 17th- 50% of the total amount is required on time of booking. Remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellations 60 days prior to arrival are refundable, within 59 days or less refunds won’t apply.
Dec 18-Jan 5th and Thanksgiving Week- 50% of the total amount is required on time of booking, this amount is non refundable. Remaining 50% is due 90 days prior to arrival.
No date changes will be allowed for this season; we will only allow date changes if force majeure limits travel; this change will be valid for 11 months from the time of cancellation. No refunds will be given for seasonality rate changes
