The spectacular infinity pool is the centre piece of the house. Built close to the edge of the cliff, the pool offers the most magnificent panoramic views across the Mediterranean all year around.

It is surrounded by a large terrace with comfortable sun beds, umbrellas, a lovely shaded sitting area and a diving board adds to the fun. The pool is 13 metres long and 5 metres wide and has a 9 m2 shallow-end of 50 cm deep.

There are two large terraces; a sun terrace next to the pool and a shaded terrace on the other side of the house which is mainly used for dining. This alfresco dining area with large wooden table is located next to the kitchen. The pool sun terrace is carved into the cliff-side and has large cosy cushions to lounge on and a row of sea-facing sun loungers and parasols.

The well-maintained garden extends itself around the house and to the roof tops. There are lots of serene spaces to relax in, including a shaded pavilion with a swinging bench.

From the house, you have direct access to beach Ses Bouques, one of the most beautiful beaches in Ibiza. You can reach the beach via a small path which is located isolated between robust jagged cliffs and is therefore hard to reach for outsiders.

A romantic small path leads you to the private Spa of the house. The professionally equipped spa includes a steam room, massage tables and brand-new treatment equipment. The spa also includes a shower cabin and toilet.

The cosy living area has a warm, natural atmosphere. The relaxed sofa is the centrepiece of the room, perfect for reading or an indoor nap.

Being a real family home it is the perfect place for kids of all ages. In addition to the pool with diving board and the beach of course, the house offers a large indoor games room with vintage arcade games and for outdoor enjoyment, a pool table, ping pong table and table soccer are available on the terrace.

There are also facilities for babies such as cots and highchairs.

The fully equipped kitchen has a large island, breakfast bar, integrated casino table and direct access to the terrace. The large wooden table can easily accommodate at least 14 people and is a great place to enjoy an indoor breakfast, lunch or dinner. There is also a small laundry room.

The house also has a professional kitchen with chef and first-class staff. Culinary staff are there to ensure a carefree stay for you and your guests. Request any culinary wish you or your guests may have!

The open-air gym is equipped with Technogym-equipment, it is tucked into the lower floor of the house, surrounded by rocky walls with panoramic views.

The pizza place is nestled down from the house next to the sea and the cliffs. It is a cosy place with an authentic pizza oven and a large rustic table, the perfect place for sharing a good time and home-made pizzas with family and friends. An original stone of Mike Oldfield marks the pizza place and forms a reminder of the man who built the villa….
