Villa Sole e Mare is a contemporary estate on two acres at the quiet eastern end of Grace Bay, with 200 feet of its own deeded beachfront. The great room is glass from floor to ceiling, so the bay fills the house; behind it, six bedrooms are arranged around a central courtyard, each with its own terrace, while four main suites face the sea. Ten bedrooms sleep twenty. There is a heated pool the length of a resort pool, a sixteen-seat hydrotherapy spa, a floodlit pickleball court, a salon with manicure and pedicure stations, a gym and a media room. Two butlers and daily housekeeping run the house. Where exactly is Villa Sole e Mare?

The estate sits at the east end of Grace Bay, close to Leeward, where the beach is quieter, the sand wider and the water calm and shallow. The reef of Princess Alexandra National Park lies offshore.

Travel times are short. Blue Haven Marina, for boat days and yacht charters, is five to ten minutes away. Graceway Gourmet and the restaurants of central Grace Bay are seven to twelve minutes. The snorkel entries at Coral Gardens and Bight Reef take twelve to eighteen minutes, Smith’s Reef fifteen to twenty, and the Chalk Sound lookouts twenty-five to thirty-five. Providenciales International Airport is fifteen to twenty minutes off-peak and twenty to thirty at busy times. The last stretch to the house is on flat, quiet neighbourhood lanes. A saloon car manages it, though an SUV is more comfortable.

What is the house like inside?

The architecture is contemporary. The great room has floor-to-ceiling glass facing the bay, a dining table cut from a single slab of walnut, and a sculptural staircase rising from it. Beyond the living spaces there is a media room for film nights, a fully equipped gym, and a private salon with manicure and pedicure stations, which makes the house unusually well suited to a wedding party or a celebration weekend.

How are the bedrooms arranged?

Ten bedrooms and twelve and a half bathrooms, sleeping twenty, with two guests to a room. The layout splits naturally into two parts.

Four main suites, facing the ocean

The ocean suites suit the couples. The courtyard rooms give children, teenagers and friends their own quieter wing, and the two double-queen rooms work for siblings or friends sharing.

What is outside?

Two acres between the house and the sea. The heated pool is resort length, long enough for real laps, and the sixteen-seat hydrotherapy spa takes the whole party at once. There is a sunken fire lounge, hanging daybeds, two decks facing the ocean, and shaded garden terraces for the middle of the day.

The outdoor kitchen and bar are professional grade, with an al fresco dining area beside them. For sport there is a floodlit pickleball court, a half basketball court and a ping-pong table. Kayaks, paddleboards and snorkel sets are kept down by the water.

Is the villa staffed?

Yes. Two butlers look after the party, housekeeping runs daily, and the concierge handles everything else. A private chef can cook every meal, from breakfast to a plated dinner, and can also do a tasting menu served on the sand. The bar can be stocked before arrival, charged at cost.
