Spread over four floors connected by a lift, the house was conceived for the way large groups actually live: together when they want to be, apart when they don’t. Just a few hundred metres from the sea, three kilometres from Taormina, it is the rare estate that can host a multigenerational reunion, a milestone birthday, or a wedding without ever feeling stretched.
THE HOUSE
Six hundred square metres of interior across four levels, served by a lift. Each floor is effectively its own apartment: four separate living rooms, each with a full kitchen, dining table and sitting area, so families or couples travelling together keep their own rhythm. A billiard room and table football handle the in-between hours. Throughout: air conditioning, heat pumps, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth speakers, and a kitchen arsenal built for serious entertaining — five dishwashers, four ovens, sixteen induction burners.
THE SUITES
Ten double bedrooms, every one with an en-suite shower room and television; several with walk-in wardrobes. Two convert as needed, and the layout spreads the rooms across all four floors — no one is stacked on top of anyone. The result sleeps twenty in genuine comfort, with daily housekeeping and linen changed twice weekly.
THE WELLNESS LEVEL

The Giardini Naxos railway station is a six-hundred-metre walk.
