Description
Villas del Mar 461 is a beachfront residence in the exclusive Villas del Mar community of Palmilla, set directly on the sand with the Sea of Cortez beyond. Five bedrooms accommodate up to ten guests, making it well suited to families and groups drawn to the Baja sun and the quiet rhythm of the shoreline.
Each of the five bedrooms is individually designed, dressed in crisp linen and layered cushions, with panoramic ocean views from three. Four bathrooms are generously scaled, finished with detailed tilework and artistry framing the mirrors. Throughout the residence — bedrooms, hallways, and the living and dining rooms — original works of art and stone-like columns lend the interiors a regal, considered character.
At the heart of the home, an open-plan living and dining room opens through three sliding glass doors to a broad terrace, where columns frame plush seating beneath a covered loggia and the beach stretches beyond. A gourmet kitchen is equipped for everything from a light lunch to a full evening’s cooking. Outside, an expansive pool and a hot tub are set within lush greenery, with reclining chairs arranged for the long Los Cabos afternoons.
The residence is staffed and serviced throughout. A personal butler and a private chef for breakfast and lunch attend to the everyday; pre-arrival planning, a dedicated concierge, and daily housekeeping ensure the week unfolds without friction. A golf cart is provided, with a fitness centre nearby in Phase 4 of the community, and in-residence spa treatments arranged on request.
Beyond the villa, guests have access to the restaurants, bars, spa and golf course at the neighbouring One&Only Palmilla, all a short walk or golf-cart ride away, with reservations arranged as needed. Private excursions — surf lessons, a whale shark encounter, sport fishing, off-road adventures — are curated to the party, alongside a festive beach activities programme. A private airport transfer meets you on arrival, and the community is protected around the clock by gated security and emergency medical response.
