The spectacular beach is accessed by a stone walk from the house. From the south/east terrace of the house, which has the ocean-facing infinity swimming pool, the sunrise and day-time views of the ocean and the beach are stunning. On the west side of the house, which is sheltered from the easterly trade winds, a large outdoor living and covered dining space offers beautiful sunset views and complete privacy for lunch, dinner and entertaining.
Waypoint is located on Columbus Beach and the tennis courts are just a 5-minute walk away. The Marina is 2 minutes by golf cart, Calico Jack restaurant and the Welcome Center is a 5-minute golf cart ride, while the Fitness Club and the Club House are about 10-minutes by golf cart.
