Entry-level 4-bedroom villas start from €1,300 per night in low season. Most fully staffed 4–8 bedroom villas range €3,000–€7,000 per night in peak summer. Marbella flagships and Ibiza headline fincas can exceed €11,000 per night for July and August.
How far in advance should I book a Spain villa?
Book 6–9 months ahead for peak July and August in Ibiza and Mallorca — the most in-demand weeks in the Mediterranean. Shoulder season (May, June, September, October) can often be confirmed inside 90 days.
Is Spain good for families?
Yes — widely considered one of Europe’s best family destinations. Mallorca and Menorca have shallow coves and gentle calas; Marbella has gated estates with fenced pools and dedicated kids’ activities; all regions have walkable Old Towns.

Transparent pricing, clearly explained
Rates vary significantly by villa, region, season, size and staffing. Most stays include private use of the villa and 24/7 concierge support. Daily housekeeping, private chef and butler service may be included or arranged depending on the property.
Taxes (typically 10–21% Spanish VAT depending on the region and rental contract), final cleaning, food and beverage, security deposits and any special-event fees may apply. We confirm the exact breakdown in writing before you book — with no hidden fees.
Peak July and August in Ibiza and Mallorca often requires a 7–14 night minimum stay. Costa del Sol villas are often available year-round with shorter minimums in the shoulder seasons.
