FOOD

a combination of Italian, and Arab influences combined with traditional Spanish flavours. While the menu is ever-changing, you never know what to expect. But one thing is always present: spices. When we dined at ROTO, so many unusual dishes with amazing flavour combinations caught our eye. We settled on the creamy rice with prawns, cuttlefish and mushrooms. Another favourite of ours that if you see on the menu, don’t skip out on: is the tempura, which has a uniquely spicy batter you won’t find anywhere else.

DRINK

We love having wine paired with a stunning sunset at ROTO. Served with manchego, bread, and olives, it’s the perfect way to enjoy a luxurious Ibiza sunset.
