Avelora
Description
A Private Tuscan Estate in the Heart of Chianti Classico
Set between Florence and Siena, the Chianti Classico region unfolds in soft, undulating hills stitched with vineyards and olive groves. Medieval villages crown the landscape, stone churches rise above cypress-lined roads, and centuries-old estates produce some of Italy’s most celebrated wines. It is here, immersed in the rhythm of rural Tuscany, that Villa Avelora offers a refined and private retreat.
The region is known not only for its renowned Chianti Classico wines, crafted in historic cellars and family-run vineyards, but also for its quiet walking paths, cultural heritage, and cinematic countryside. Chianti is a destination that rewards unhurried days—wine tastings in the afternoon, long dinners beneath the stars, and morning light across vineyard terraces.
Within this timeless setting, Villa Avelora provides the scale and discretion of a true Tuscan estate.
The Estate
Main villa
Ground Floor
The ground floor opens onto three generous, interconnected spaces, linked by elegant arches and featuring beamed ceilings and exposed stone walls that reflect authentic Tuscan style. One room is centered around a grand piano, inviting music and relaxation, while the other features a refined bar corner, ideal for socializing and entertaining. The heart of the floor is the spacious Tuscan-style kitchen, fitted with professional-grade appliances and a massive wood-fired fireplace, perfect for preparing meals in a warm, functional setting. Three guest bathrooms provide comfort and privacy, ensuring that the ground floor balances practicality, elegance, and classic Tuscan charm.
Annex
The annex comprises a single, versatile space that combines dining, cooking, and sitting areas in a seamless layout. The building is fully independent and reflects the character of a traditional Tuscan barn, with large wooden-lattice windows that fill the interior with natural light while preserving privacy. Exposed beams, stone accents, and rustic finishes celebrate the region’s rural architectural heritage, creating a space that is both functional and full of authentic Tuscan charm.
Outdoor Living
Villa Avelora’s grounds are designed for both leisure and celebration. The private swimming pool (12m x 4m) rests among manicured lawns, accompanied by a separate Jacuzzi for quiet relaxation.
A fully equipped outdoor kitchen—complete with BBQ, pizza oven, grill, and lava stone cooking surfaces—anchors the al fresco experience. An elegant iron-and-glass pergola, with adjustable sides and electric roof shades, can host up to 100 seated guests, making the estate uniquely suited for intimate weddings, milestone celebrations, or private gatherings.
The surrounding countryside provides an uninterrupted Tuscan backdrop—rolling hills, vineyards, and golden light that defines the region.

Though immersed in tranquil countryside, the estate remains conveniently positioned. A serviced village with restaurants and shops lies just minutes away.
