Villa C’est La Vie is located on the beautiful beach of Plum Bay in the Terres Basses gated community, St Martin. This luxurious six-bedroom villa opens into an expansive deck area featuring a heated pool, Jacuzzi and a pool bar. The many hammocks and lounge chairs will invite you to linger and relax.
The stunning living area has central cooling and also opens to the terrace and sea view. In the gourmet American-styled kitchen, the chef will prepare the feasts of your choice to be served poolside or in the cool comfort of the dining area.
Unquestionably, the outdoor areas are the focus of the lifestyle at Villa C’est La Vie. The entire villa opens to an expansive beachside deck featuring a beautifully designed heated swimming pool with a Jacuzzi and a pool bar. Enjoy soft island breezes as you relax poolside on hammocks and comfortable lounge chairs. The dramatic fire pits and on-beach sofas are the ideal place to relax with a drink before dinner and view amazing St. Martin sunsets. The white sand and blue waters of the beach are just steps away. Villa C’est La Vie provides all the modern electronics you expect, including WiFi Internet, a VOIP phone, flat screen TV, iPod docks, USB wall plugs and a surround sound system both inside and out.
The many amenities include USB wall plugs, Japanese styled toilets, NUVO surround system inside and out, TV’s in each room, 3 outdoor showers, VoIP phone, MAC computer, 2 fire pits, on-beach sofas, security and mosquito repellant systems.

Cancellation Policy: For cancellation greater than 60 days prior to arrival date, 30% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. Cancellation 60 days or less prior to arrival date, 100% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. Please note all Christmas and New Years reservations are non-refundable.
