Jordan Wine Estate
Jordan makes some of the most delicious wine in the region. Gary and Kathy Jordan the owners create a unique setting where to enjoy an absolutely unique wine tasting. Rust en Vrede
Rust en Vrede is renowned as the premium red wine estate. They were the first in specializing in the production of red wine only. 1694 Classification of red wines that include Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon among the many varieties they produce.
Groot Constantia
One of the oldest vineyards in the Cape and it is perfect for those who are seeking for a classic experience. Granted to Simon Van Der Stel in the late 1600s, Groot Constantia run as a section 21 Company by the government. This vineyard is famous for the production of sweet wines and had patrons including Napoleon Bonaparte, Queen Victoria, Charles Dickens, and Jane Austen.

Set in Somerset West, Vergelegen vineyard is one of the Cape’s oldest and most beautiful estates and has 300 years of history. The wines are award winners. During your visit to the estate, you can also have picnic baskets prepared to enjoy outdoors. The spectacular rose garden is worth a visit during the summer.
Waterkloof Wine Estate
Waterkloof Wine Estate is an award-winning estate in the Cape, it is famous for the incredible architecture and dramatic views. It is located on top of a mountain with panoramic views over nearby Somerset West and Strand, and False Bay.
Open daily for wine tastings, Waterkloof Wine Estate produces a selection of fine wines including the Sauvignon Blanc, Circumstance among others.
Klein Constantia
The Constantia Valley is home to some of the oldest wine estates in the country.
Next door to the popular Groot Constantia, Klein Constantia next door is arguably more beautiful and less trafficked. Its location on the slopes of the Constantiaberg Mountains means incredible views over False Bay, and the 330-year-old history shows through in the grand trees and classic Cape Dutch architecture.

Uva Mira is an exquisite estate that features that perfect tone and you might think that views can’t get much better than this. The views from there stretch out all the way to False Bay and combined with a tasting of their unique wines it makes for a pretty special afternoon. The tasting room offers great views.
