St Barts is small enough that from almost any house the beach, Gustavia and the airport are five to twenty minutes away, and the houses themselves, with their pools and terraces above the bays, are where much of the week is spent. It ranks seventh in our Billionaire Villa Index 2026.
Where the best villas are
The houses we offer are in six places. Flamands and Lorient have villas directly on the sand. The hillsides above St Jean, and Mont Jean behind them, look over the bays and are minutes from the airport. In Gustavia the houses sit above the harbor, a walk from dinner, and in Gouverneur, a few minutes away, they face its own bay. Grand Cul-de-Sac has the lagoon, and the Domaine du Levant above Petit Cul-de-Sac has estates set on acres of waterfront. Corossol, above its small bay, faces the harbor entrance and the sunset.
Villas for families and large groups
Most of our St Barts villas have three to six bedrooms. For larger groups, Issayah Estate sleeps 28 in fourteen bedrooms across four villas above Grand Cul-de-Sac, Villa Unik has ten suites in two pavilions, and Villa Fabrizia and Villa Ela sleep 16. Several houses can be rented with fewer bedrooms, among them Villa La Plage and Manoir De Lorient, from four. For young children, the shallow lagoon of Grand Cul-de-Sac is the natural choice, and the villa June, above Corossol, has an elevator between its three floors.
Getting to St Barts
The island’s runway is built for small aircraft, so most guests from the United States fly to St Maarten or San Juan and continue from there: the flight from St Maarten takes about fifteen minutes, and the ferry from Philipsburg to Gustavia about 45. Your concierge books the last leg, or a helicopter, and times the transfer to the villa to your arrival.
Staff, chefs and minimum stays
Daily housekeeping is part of many St Barts villa rentals, and a private chef is arranged on request at most houses; at Silver Rainbow a chef and a waiter come with the stay; at Villa Ela daily housekeeping and a chef for two meals a day are included, and a butler can be added. For most of the year seven nights is the usual minimum, at Villa Unik, Villa Fabrizia, Villa Ela, Villa Lao and June among others, and Villa Neo asks for five. We confirm the minimum for your dates in writing.

The season runs from December to April, but each part of the year suits a different trip.
The holidays

High season
Dry, sunlit days, Carnival in February and the Bucket Regatta in March, when superyachts race the island’s coastline.
The quiet season
Warm water, bright days and an easier time getting the tables and the boat days you want.
Summer and the return
Bastille Day in July and the island’s own feast in August, then the St Barth Gourmet Festival in November. Hurricane season runs from June 1 to November 30.
