La Datcha in Forte dei Marmi is a sumptuous palazzo with classical architecture and designer interiors. This luxury palazzo was built in 1930, Forte dei Marmi is one of the most popular seaside destination of the Tyrrhenian sea and owes its name to the ancient port used for the transportation of marble. Later for more than a century, Forte dei Marmi has become an exclusive holiday destination that attracts celebrities every year like in the past. Due to its peaceful atmosphere and mild climate famous authors like D’Annunzio, Duse and Montale love to spend their time here away from very crowded beaches. A vacation in Forte dei Marmi not only means a vacation at the sea, but also a holiday where you can practice water sport also at Lake of Massaciuccoli or mountain sports in the nearby Apuane Alps. There are two important places where you can visit the remains of the Forte dei Marmi Iron Factory, built during the Roman Empire, at the Museum of Satire and Caricature and the Modern Art Gallery.

The villa is spread over four floors and accommodates up to 20 guests in supreme style and comfort. The ten suites are located across three floors. Each suite features a dressing room and a bathroom. Three bedrooms are located on the first floor, five master suites on the second floor and two on the top floor. Each bedroom features spectacular chandeliers and wall frescoes, some of the bedrooms have private sitting rooms. Five of the suites can be with twin beds if required.
Forte dei Marmi is popular for biking and if you are a passionate we will be delighted to arrange a personal training session with 2004 Olympic cycling champion Mikhail Ignatiev during your stay as well as bikes and the accessories needed.
Make a trip along the Tyrrhenian coastline. In addition to the Palazzo and your own private beach, you can book La Datcha Yacht — an elegant brand new Pershing 9X. Accommodation is for 8 sleeping guests or 12 day guests are split between four cabins including a full-beam master cabin complete with walk-in wardrobe, along with two twin cabins and a VIP in the bow.
