This home is featured in the Harper’s list, Conde Nast Traveler, and other famous brands. Staying at this estate you will love the views, the architecture and foremost the service offered.
What we love about this property is the combination of the styles traditional, modern, organic and futuristic.
When guests book this property they will have the exclusive use so even if you want to book the property as six, eight, twelve bedroom villa. The owner is expanding and from 2018 there will be 5 bedrooms more, total of 17 bedrooms.

It is set in 6.5 acres of completely private tropical gardens and comprises of the following accommodation:

Main Villa – four large suites, 3 feature private sea view balcony with sun loungers. All have en-suite baths with tubs and separate walk-in showers. One has a 2 person Jacuzzi tub. The suites can comfortably take additional beds as they are an average of 1,000 square feet each. These rooms are all over-sized luxurious with imported super king size (6 foot x 6 foot 3 inches) beds and breathtaking sea views. They overlook the large infinity swimming pool which is just a few steps away. For larger groups with children, there are eight very high-end rollaway beds that can go into any of the bedroom suites. The main home offers a fully-equipped air-conditioned gym with a treadmill, cross trainer, stationary bicycle, professional multi-gym set, power plate and lots of free weights.

Top 3 View Suites – walking up one outside flight of scenic stairs (lit with fairy lights and stunning views) to the top of the property you come to the 3 Top View Suites. Each has bi-fold doors opening one whole side of the suite onto a private deck. The rooms average 700 square feet each with en-suite baths and imported super king size (6-foot x 6 foot 3 inches) beds. All suites are large enough to accommodate a rollaway bed. One suite has a private kitchen suitable for a Nanny to use. Additionally, there is a large kitchen, available for a nanny, separated from the three suites.

The Folly Suite – in the poolside tower with its own private entrance you will find The Folly Suite, with over 850 square feet spread out on 2 floors, has a large bathroom/dressing room on the first floor and then a lovely bedroom with an imported super king size (6 foot x 6 foot 3 inches) bed with absolutely stunning views on the top floor. This is the only room that is not able to accommodate an additional bed.

4 Bedroom Beach Villa with Private Pool – from the main mansion house, walking past the main infinity swimming pool, and down onto the private beach, you come to the 4 bedroom Beach Villa. Each bedroom in the Beach Villa can be accessed independently and are very large. The top 2 bedrooms are 1,200 square feet and the bottom 2 are 900 square feet each with super king size (6 foot x 6 foot 3 inches) beds. Each of these bedrooms has a large en-suite bathroom (bathtub, shower, bidet, etc) and an additional outdoor shower for 2. One of the bedrooms opens up directly onto the private Beach Villa swimming pool. Another opens up onto a private garden. The Beach Villa has a small kitchen, outdoor Tiki kitchen, private deck and seating for 20 people comfortably. There is also a sitting room with doors that open up fully onto the beach and an additional half bath. In addition, each bedroom has a king size (6 foot x 6 foot) sofa bed, additional beds can easily be placed in these rooms and additional beds can also be placed in the sitting room.

4 Bedroom Sea View Villa (Coming June 2018) – Crossing a private road on the gated Estate you come to a brand new villa. This villa is very contemporary, with white quartz floors and bathrooms. There are 4 very large bedrooms all with en-suite luxury bathrooms. There is a large open plan kitchen onto a sitting room with sit up bar. Every room in this villa has floor to ceiling glass onto wonderful sea views. Two suites have imported super king size (6 foot x 6 foot 3 inches) beds. The two additional guest suites have 2 imported twin size (3 foot x 6 foot 3 inches) beds in each which can be combined to make a 6 foot x 6 foot 3 inch bed or be separate twins. In addition, this villa has a 20 person fire pit and a 20 person hot tub. The pool will be completed by December 2018.

All bedrooms have a luxurious en-suite bathroom with luxury toiletries, fluffy white towels, dressing gowns and slippers. The bed linens are all imported from Europe of amazing 1,000 thread count. Goose down or non-allergenic pillows, there is even a pillow menu! All rooms are air-conditioned with ceiling fans. All bedrooms have privately stocked fridges, tea and coffee making facilities. All suites feature screen smart TV with the most extensive cable package available in the Caribbean. The property also has a movie theatre which can be moved outdoors for ‘movies under the stars’. The property has a huge Great room with windows on 3 sides with extensive patios overlooking the water. It has indoor and outdoor dining capability for large groups with a choice of venues on the property. It has a Tiki bar, a swim-up bar and a full bar. Cocktails are a specialty!

The property Manager has over 15 years experience in creating unique vacations for our guests and hospitality. Michael graduated from one of the top Hospitality schools in Switzerland and has made his mark on the Luxury Boutique Private Island and Luxury Villa Market. The rest of the team is also internationally trained: Head Housekeeper, one of the top Chefs in the Caribbean (British trained) and a team of 14 staff members (more for larger groups). The Security Manager is a former British Special Forces. The property can provide ultra-luxury service if required including 24/7 room service (premium rate bookings). The staff is multilingual.

Located on the beautiful island of Grenada with easy daily flights from the USA, and frequent flights from Europe this beautiful property is very private. It has the benefits of a private island but with no access difficulties as it is situated just 15 minutes from the International airport. Set on a privately owned peninsula, it is a 6.5-acre gated Estate with 24/7 security. Grenada is one of the safest Caribbean Islands with very little crime but this Owner values her privacy and security.

The fully gated property has its own generators, private desalination plant and water filtration systems. The estate is capable of running completely ‘off the grid’. Although Grenada is considered to be outside of the hurricane zone (being the farthest south of the Caribbean Islands that we offer) this property is built to hurricane code.

The estate has a 185-foot private dock, wraparound completely private white sand beaches (manmade) set with swaying palm trees, a large (90 foot) infinity swimming pool with swim-up bar and stunning views over the Bay. It has a spa pool also with a fantastic view. There is also a large swimming pool on the beach as well as steps from the beach into the crystal clear waters of the Mount Hartman Bay. There is fantastic snorkeling directly from the property and the dock provides a wonderful backdrop for hundreds of colorful tropical fish.

The Point Estate Grenada reservation includes 2 private boats for guest use (with Captain) and this is an additional rate plan. The 31 foot motor cruiser has an onboard fresh water shower and toilet and is perfect for exploring and fishing while the 19-foot jet boat is perfect for all watersports. The property has extensive water sports facilities including wakeboard, knee board, kayaks, tubes and lots of fun toys such as floating islands (with their own bar!) that can be attached to the dock. The Owner owns the dredging rights to the Bay around the property and there is a 150-foot privacy cordon from the water side of the property. There are 3 luxury vehicles for guest use (with driver) including a 12 seater luxury minibus, two 7 seater SUV’s.
