Ibiza villa rentals: the complete guide
A villa is the way to see the Ibiza most visitors miss. The island is about 40 kilometers from end to end, so from almost any house you can lunch in a cove, watch the sunset from a cliff and be at dinner in the old town the same evening, and come home to a pool of your own.
Where the best villas are
The most sought-after houses cluster in three places. Around Ibiza Town and Jesús, the villas sit on the hills above the marinas, a few minutes from Dalt Vila. On the south-west coast, between Cala Jondal, Porroig and Es Cubells, they look out from the cliffs towards Formentera, close to the beach clubs. On the east coast, between Roca Llisa and Santa Eulalia, the pace is gentler and the coves are calm, which is why families choose it. The north, around Sant Joan, is the island’s countryside: farmhouse estates, orchards and space.
Villas for families and large groups
Most of our Ibiza villas have four to six bedrooms. For a larger family, Can Pegaso Grande sleeps 16 in eight bedrooms, and six-bedroom houses for 12 include Can Nemo, La Villa Es Cubells and Villa Pazu. Casa Serenity has a twin suite for children and a separate casita for a nanny or older teenagers.

Ibiza airport has direct flights from across Europe. From the United States, most guests connect through a European hub such as Madrid, Barcelona or London, or fly private. Your concierge times the transfer to your flight, and the villa is stocked before you arrive.
