The Amilla Estate
Welcome to the Amilla Estate, Maldives!
Are you looking for the TOP away-from-it-all island holiday, promising complete privacy, total relaxation and sand-between-the-toes luxury?
At Amilla Property Estate Beachfront it does not get better. This luxury villa rental is a 6-bedroom beachfront set on the powder-white sands of a coral-fringed jewel that supermodel Kate Moss rightly calls “paradise, the most idyllic and relaxing place on earth”.
There are eight exclusive residences on this tiny atoll and Amilla Estate is one of them, the Baa Atoll is also a UNESCO Biosphere.
The Amilla Estate is an ultra-luxe tropical real dream.
The main objective from the moment you make the reservation is to make you feel your home from home feeling right on this unique island.
You’ll receive a Providore (food and beverage) list from which you can pre-order (depending on whether your stay is full- or half-board), so your favorites will be there for your arrival. An impressive range of activities can also be organized in advance – from sea excursions and spa therapies to pro tennis lessons and photo sessions.
From Male International Airport you can be whisked to a seaplane for a half-hour flight to the estate or you (allowing for nighttime arrivals) board another plane for a short 20-minute flight to Baa Atoll, followed by an exhilarating 10-minute speedboat ride to your island.
You will be welcomed by your katheeb (house master) who chauffeurs you in your ‘Rolls’ buggy along sandy palm-shaded paths to your villa.
If you value privacy, The Amilla Estate is the top choice for celebrities. The property is a contemporary palace boasting with achingly elegant furnishings in its light-filled interiors. There’s an extraordinary amount of living space, both for chilling and socializing, and the bedroom terraces provide away-from-it-all breathing space too. The attention to detail is phenomenal, you’ll find everything from Marantz sound systems to martini glasses, Aesop toiletries to iPads. Complimentary laundry and babysitting, plus a laden pantry, afternoon pastries, pre-dinner cocktail snacks – even a stocked ‘welcome’ bar – are among the many thoughtful gestures that help create that sense of home.
You may not want to leave this palace, but if you do you can step outside and have a meal at the amazing restaurants, or a spa treatment at the mind-blowing Javuu spa, and a seemingly infinite list of land and water-based activities; even if you stay for a fortnight, you’ll barely scratch the surface!
